[Resolved]  Rajendran — no response

Dear Concerned, Please be informed that the customer care service is too bad and no proper response has been provided. Since 12 to 15 days, I am requesting the bill and statement of account to send it to my email ID and I have requested this to several persons for n number of times. Hi there is no power on my house but near by houses are having power we are struggling from 3 PM there is no response on EB complaint number we can't able to handle with 3 month baby plz close this complaint and give first priority also the whatsapp complaint no response
