[Resolved]  Rajendran — DEPOSIT RECEIVED POST CONNECTION NOT ACTIVATED

I applied AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTIONS thorugh airtel franchisee REACH MOBILES,511,gst road,chrompet,chennai-44 near verti theatre
his name RAJEN-[protected]
and also Collect Rs. 2100 as deposit amount Cheque no 083247 dt 19.11.09
till now no response from the person ,cell ringing not response,his staff also not giving states of the my connection and payment

i am reaching solution ?
AIRTEL IS THE BIGGEST ORGANISATION AND ALSO GIVE BEST SERVICE
BUT tell me solution for above.
