For Purchasing Refrigerator, I have used Partial Payment was done through Gift card and Partial payment was done through Amount from Debit Card. After cancelling the Order, I have received only the Amount Paid from Debit Card, Gift card amount around 25000 is pending with Croma, Till Today the refund is not Done. Please Refer the SR Ticket SR[protected].
