Respected Sir,
Courier booked to Narnaul from Bhiwani on[protected] vides consignment No.- Z47737880 and Courier reached on[protected] at Narnaul office. Thereafter on[protected] I contact with Brach Delaing person On his mobile No.- [protected]. He confirms that The Courier was available (Present) at New Anaj Mandi Office, but he refused to Delivery by stated that You collect the courier our office, othervise I returned the courier with the endorsement that Courier not delivered. I requested that branch manager that I collect the courier you Chamunda Devi mandir (Azad Chowk) office, but he refused to delivery.

Note :- Recording of BRANCH Manager is available.
I also complaint to many company officers, but till date no action taken.
