Respected Sir, Courier booked from DTDC Courier Bhiwani to Narnaul delivery on[protected] vide consignment No.- Z47737880 and Courier reached on[protected] at DTDC Courier office at Narnaul office. Thereafter on[protected] I contact with Brach Manager / Dealing person on his personal mobile No.- [protected]. He confirms that The Courier was available (Present) at New Anaj Mandi Office, but he refused to Delivery by stated that You collect the courier from DTDC Courier office at Anaj Nabdi Narnaul and othervise I returned the courier with the endorsement that Courier not delivered. I requested that branch manager that I collect the courier you Chamunda Devi Mandir (Azad Chowk) office, but he refused to delivery. My Courier delivery address is Mohalla Peeraga, Narnaul.

I also complaint to many company officers, but till date no action taken. Kindly Please take a necessary action.
