Hello Sir/mam,
Yesterday - 17.11 at 7:49 PM, i have purchased Sony Ear bud Model WF XB 700 at your outlet, Poorvika Mobiles, Nanmagalam, Chennai -117 which is location on the Kovilambakkam Bus Stop. I have purchased to gift my Son for his 22 Birth Day. We consider Poorvika as our a very sentimental store for our family and purchase the products for gift and own uses on happy occasions. We have never faced any problem before but yesterday when me and my wife went and bought the Sony Ear bud, and gifted our Son, we found the ear bud has manufacturing defect. The dust proof mesh which prevent dust getting into the ear bud system was not available in both the ear buds. Today eve 18.11 around 6 PM, we immediately approached your Nanmangalam out let Mr Vigeneshwaran on this. He asked to share the pictures thru whats app and the same is done, but no further proper response from him. We as parents feel sentimentally bad to gift a imperfect product to our Son, so pls interveen and arrange to replace a proper product.
