Rajinder Dubey — not receiving bill

Sir my ac no is [protected].my problem is that i am not recieving my bill from last 4 months.the delevery man delever all the bills at a kariyana shop of our street.and he do not gives the bill door to door.please ask your employe to give the bill to our home otherwise i will not pay the bill.because i not recieve the bill.
