I applied for my degree online on 31/08/2021. It has been more than 2 months and I still have not received my degree yet!! I have been trying to reach out to the helpdesk and posted a query on the student helpdesk dashboard, but didn't receive any response on any of the mediums. I need the degree urgently and request you to get it delivered to my address in next 10-15 days. Below are the details ( my address and other details can be found on the degree form that I filled ) -
