Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya [RGPV] — Degree Certificate Pending since 2 years

I have completed my engineering in 20018 and have applied for degree in RGPV online website. Neither I have got the degree nor I have got any updates on the same. And now I didn't see any option to re-apply for the degree.

When I try to reach the university at contact numbers provided on the website, someone disconnects the call.

Kindly Please help!
