Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya [RGPV] — degree department not answering phone call

Dear sir/ma'am,
Myself pranav saket, i m passed out in batch 2017 be fire.3 days ago i applied for my degree, and i have been trying to reach degree dapartment but no one is picking up the call even after trying many times.
There is an emergency because of my job and requires degree for it which needs to availed within 15 days.
Kindly provide details of such inappropriate behaviour from your side.
