Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya [RGPV] — Exam fee submission, money deducted but exam form has not filled.

Dear sir/Madam

I am Divash Gupta My Enrollment No:- 0536CS191014. My branch is CSE.

Sir, I tried to fill the RGPV exam form for Btech 3rd semester through the debit card on 19/02/2021 at 5:58 pm, money (1850 rs) has been deducted from my account, and the form will show still be forwarded by the institute.

then I wait 24hr Hours because Rgpv Said don't do another payment then I wait for 24 hr but after 24hr my form is still shown forwarded by the institute. On 21feb2021 Again I paid the examination fee from another account and it was paid and showed the form submitted to RGPV.

I want to complain about a refund against RGPV.

Please look into the matter and get me my refund back.
