Sir I am devesh sengar my roll no. 0934me121014 my 5th sem form is not show in my id help me for filling exam form sir

I already send them request document but i still not get any response.
I called customer care([protected]) and email as well to [protected]@rgtu.net
but did not get proper response. every time they insist me come University, Bhopal. I don't what to do, please help me.
