Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya [RGPV] — Failed transaction ,money not refunded

Sir while filling up the exam form i paid the exam form fees twice from one account both of which failed and then tried from another acount which was successful however of the two transactions i made from the earlier account only one amount has been refunded the other has not been refunded. I request you to please look into my problem.
