Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya [RGPV] — MCA Degree not received

I have applied for MCA (Master of Computer Applications) Degree in RGPV BHOPAL Portal on 13/03/2022 with 250 Rs/- Paid.I have not received the degree yet and when i tried with Degree Section number[protected] but the number is not reachable.

Now 72 Days has been completed. still i didn't received. I need degree urgently but their is no response from university.
I attached the online receipt of the degree application.

Kindly please help me to provide the degree, Thank you Sir/Mam.
