Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya [RGPV] — Money deducted twice while filling my exam form.

Sir my money has deducted twice while filling my exam of 7th sem. First when I fill exam form my money deducted but form was not submitted to rgpv.. So I fill my exam form again... Sir pls refund my money... I have complained many a times but I did not got response.
