Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya [RGPV] — Online application for degree

I am Vibha Ponkshe. I completed my engineering from RGPV is 2019, received a provisional degree at that time. I applied for Actual degree on RGPV portal, but did not receive it. Now I am trying to get my actual degree as it is needed for my post graduation. But I am not able to apply for it on RGPV portal. I also paid annual subscription fee of 118 rupees.
On their website a pdf shows the steps to apply for degree. It say to "Select Student Services tab, then click on the Degree tab and choose Apply for Degree Online". I tried doing this but there is no such degree option or "apply for degree online" option which could open a form to fill.
There is a button "Apply for degree" which again opens the initial pdf.
I am so stressed because of this, I need the degree for my Post graduation college application. Please help.
