I am Dheerendra Singh, student of Sushila Devi Bansal College Of Technology, Indore.
I called RGPV customer care number. He is confirming then one extra transaction is found but still amount is not refunded.
I have made a payment of ₹1500 for exam form on 3rd june 2021 through UPI. Payment was successful but the form was not submitted. I have registered a complaint for the same. In response I was told that Payment is stuck within my account. Therefore I made another payment of ₹1500 on 5th june 2021 which was successful after that exam form got submitted.
They are confirming then one extra transaction is found but still amount is not refunded.
I filed a complaint with the bank. The bank is saying that payment was completed on 14th june and the amount is successfully credited to RGPV.
So please Refund my ₹1500 as soon as possible. It's almost 3.5 months for transactions. Still I haven't got my refund. Your help desk contact number has also been either engaged or not responded for the last 30 days. No one is attending my call.
