Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya [RGPV] — RGPV - Procedure to get Degree from University

Hi,
Applied for my degree in 2019 but not received till now.
Already send 6-7 e-mail. Logged 2 complaints in RGPV portal but no response.
So finally decide to visit RGPV in this week to get my degree.

I am traveling from Hyderabad to Bhopal only for this, so doesn't want to waste my trip..
If anyone knows the procedure, documents or anything else to get degree directly from RGPV University ( already applied) please let me know.

This will be very helpful for me.

Note : I have my degree apply receipt also
