Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya [RGPV] — transaction failed but amount deducted

Sir i paid exam fee of transaction amount 1300 and 350 on 3 nov 2018 but transaction failed and money deducted from my account so i called customer care of my bank but problem is not solved yet. They called confirmation from rgpv is awaited. I paid fee later by another account and it success but my 350 and 1300 rupees not refund in my account
