I placed an order for gown cost 800rs. On rajsimran.com(found through link on my facebook feed). instead of that they sended me an old saree which was teared also. I applied for either cancelling my order and to take back that saree and make refund or send me replacement which i ordered.
After mailing them several times they provided me a mobile no.([protected]) and asked to share them pictures of order they delivered. I provided them the same they said refund will be made after they pick up the order back which will be done in a week. And to have patience and trust on them but after a week message wasn't delivering to this number neither they were replying for my mails. I try to contact them several times, but there was no response from them. Then raised a complaint on online consumer forum( docket no.[protected]. But after 2-3months they also rejected my complaint because they weren't responding them also. Was this information helpful? |
