Ordered a teal blue women kurta worth 450 on 5th feb 2020. Paid 600 rs. Including 150 shipping charge. Instead of ordered product, half to 1 meter white cloth was delivered on 17th feb. Logged a return and refund request the very next day. Received a response on 19th feb that staff has misplaced the order. Inspite of numerous follow-ups there is no response. Plz help.
