Rak Ceramics — Coating disappeared with black spot

Hello,

I have purchased approx 1200 Sqft IB Series White floor tiles in October, 2014 Month and fixed it on floor. But unfortunately I have found gradually black spot and the issue increasing day by day. It seems to be disappear of coating.

I have purchased the same after review of so many company and finally go for RAK. Now I am really frustrated with the issue. I have communicate with your local technical guy (Soumik) and he has visited my house. He has confirmed me that the coating is going to disappear and will provide some cleaner with sealer.

But my concern is that, is it the product quality of all the tiles from RAK which are going to disappear the coating by 3-4 months? or some manufacturing defects are there?

Today I have spoken with Barsha Rani (Mumbai) and she has taken all the details and committed to come back to me after all the details from Kolkata Company person.

I am eagerly waiting for solution.
