Hi, I went to your company showroom in raja garden New delhi to purchase RAK tiles for my office.
I was attended by Rahul employee - Sales person.Ridhi Sidhi was the name of the showroom.
His initial attitude was very rude, still I was interested in your product so I ordered.
Different colour of tiles was received and upon calling many times He did not cater to my problem and was very rude.

toilet closet broken: under warranty

Hi, I bought a RAK Toilet Closet from Intertec Vadakara(http://interdec.co/contact.html) on 2014 Novermber. I can see crack on the closet and any time it will break. We compliant in showroom and Technician visit our place and take photos on 30 June 2018. Till Today we didn''t get any replay from Intertec. They are waiting for RAK Mail.
Please do the needful as earliest...

Complaint against irresponsible service person

Past 6 months we are waiting for the RAK service person to come and repair the closets (6) whose flush tanks are leaking and for fixing up of new tank for one closet. When we call he fix up a date and by the day comes either he wont answer over phone or it will be switch off or unreachable. We are very tired of calling service person over phone.

In Chennai there is none to whom we can approach.

Broken toilet seat in RAK ceramics

The toilet seat hinge of RAK product was broken.on contacting the dealer Tara ceramics in Trivandrum, the support been extremely poor.the product was less than one year when the hinges of toilet seat cover broke.local toilet seats do not fit in and due to this iam having too much inconvenience. RAK should provide replacement at the earliest...

A Grade carton remove replace the c grade carton. STOCK DEPARTMENT INCHARGE TILES SHOPS IN SAMALKOT. And security CSO was fraud gate pass issue. properly check the vehicles. To check the rak ceramic SAMALKOT factory .and also labour contractor fraud to encourage the child labour to check the every worker orginal adhar card details.

    I purchased 3 sinks from RAK in 2015. All of them have cracks developed in it. Please replace as your warranty says upto 25 years

      Hello. I regret writing this, I have purchased Armani Classic Brownz 2 x 4 vitrified tiles for bathroom wall from a Authorized Tiles Dealer Nagpur. We observed variations in colour shades after applying tiles on wall. We observed 2-3 different shades in colour, As I observed difference in colour shades, I called up Nagpur tiles dealer for the same, He also agreed to it and then sent us new tiles. As I reach to check new tiles we observed same color shade difference in newly received tiles too. I chose RAK ceramics tile brand because I wanted best branded tiles for my new home bathroom. But this colour variations made me sad. Kindly do the needful. Kindly solve my issue.

        The closet flush tank on the stationery position has broken from top to bottom. Since RAK is a reputed manufacturer I don't know how this happened. This product was purchased from TARA Pattom, Trivandrum, and is out of warranty period. Can you send your expert to inspect the product for corrective action.

                      Sir, iam B Vara Lakshmi, peddapuram, i bought (after discussions with your sales manger mr.arjun, )seine white premium quality A grade tiles 2*[protected]@525boxesfrom you directly, but you billed(@4, 20, 000/-) from ceramic world, samalkot and finally stock came on 26/06/22, Today we started laying those tiles, but those tiles are de-coloured and mismatch with one to another, even in a single boxes also...I am requesting you pls.                               Believing strongly in RAK ceramics I bought a RAK ceramics western toilet Orbit white trap in Manii corporation, Palpannai, Trichy on 18.03.2023 for Rs.12000/- invoice no MTI - 8153 referred by Manii corporation staff Mr.Narayanan.But after fixing the RAK assembly in the toilet we face issue in the water storage set up.As per the comment given by the technician there is a issue exist in the inlet assembly of the New RAK western setup..I have informed the issue to the concern incharge and staff of Manii corporation, But the response form the staff is very very poor.Customer service is very poor.So I kindly request you to look into the issue at the earliest.Seeking your earnest cooperation in this regard..

                                I have ordered wood look tiles for my bedrooms, one year back and it's turned very hard and shining also gone.

                                It's really disappointing me everyday by looking at tiles and its very hard to walk on these tiles as well.
