Rak Ceramics — Cracks on tanks 4 pcs & wb - 1pc

Dear sir,
For my new house I have used RAK WC and WBs, unfortunately within a year we have noted cracks are automatically appears on tanks, there are total 4 bathroom's and all the tanks have now this issue. Also out 4 tank one first floor bath wc tank has leak as well in addition to cracks. The master bathroom Washbasin had crack around the Rim all cravkcs are hairline cracks and is due to poor quality and workmanship or substandard products.
Total nos of Cistern tanks have problems - 4 nos. And 1 wash basin. I am attaching here with retailer invoice copy from which you are able to know the model nos. Of tank and Washbasin. The retailer name is Pathiyara Sanitary and tiles, Paravoor, Ernakulam dist.
