I am Neeladri Reddy from Visakhapatnam. I have given a complaint to RAK ceramics customer care on 15th April, 2021for the problems of all bathrooms commodes flush problem as we have been suffering this problem for the last 6 months. After completion of 5 days, no one has come to resolve this problem so far is highlighted for your good customer care service in the near future. We trust you for the best customer care service. But your negligence upon customers is highly regretted. Please resolve this problem.

I have given a complaint to RAK ceramics customer care on 15th April, 2021for the problems of all bathrooms commodes flush problem as we have been suffering this problem for the last 8 months. They told that we should come. But no one has come so far. I called him for several times but no response from them. They didn't lift my phone call. After completion of 2 months, no one has come to resolve this problem so far is highlighted for your good customer care service in the near future. We trust you for the best customer care service. But your negligence upon customers is highly regretted. Please resolve this problem.
