Rak Ceramics India — Cracks on sanitary wares

I hav purchased 3 washbasins and 1 western 2 piece closets in 2015 frm mahe

All these products are cracked and I hav complained 3 months earlier.ur tech.visited and reported accordingly.
I could not produce the bill as such damages are not anticipated frm branded products.
I hav purchased all above with discount frm ur showroom yesterday
A bill of rs.7069 was required to pay.
Any chance of refunding the said amount if bill is produced.
