Rak Ceramics India — Damage caused to basins and closets

I bought rak products (Complete bathroom set, basins, floor tile etc) in the previous year from m/s brandzone, kottarakkara, kollam, kerala. Unfortunately 2 closets, 2 basins and one ceramic flesh tank has been cracked within a year of purchase. The dealer has not respond positively towards my complaints. Last month one of your service man came and took some photographs of the damaged items. No positive response is seen from the part of company till date. Please do the needful to resolve my complaint.

Worst product I have ever seen, water leaking into toilet bowl in all 3 western commodes we have installed within a year of purchasing, Chennai service is pathetic, service man comes to repair only after 6 months min that too after making 40 to 50 calls, he seems to be running his own construction business and least bothered about our complaints.
