I had purchased rak ceramic products for mu new home in year 2014, house warming was completed year 2015, after an year we noticed some of the toilet bowl and washbasins are seeing cracked and we informed the shop where we purchased the products (Abc thaliparamba) and they have send the guys to inspect the cracked bowl and washbasin, later on they confirmed that there was a quality issue during the production of these batch so they replaced the products accordingly.
We are not staying in new home for long because we are staying in aboard with my family - (Resident in uae) so only once in a year for one month i use to stay in my home, till last year we where getting replacement for the damage one and we are replacing the bowl and wash basins in our cost and now this year again we found 2 toilt bowl and one wash basin has cracked and we approach the agency, however they replied that they cannot support any more. So considering with less usage kindly request you to support to replace the damage one.
