Rak Ceramics India — Inferior quality of wash basins. | |||
Dear Sir, Three wash basins were purchased in 2015 from Pathiyara Agencies. Cracks appeared in two of the basins in 2019 and is now hair cracks have increased to the level as shown in attached photographs. The items were purchased considering the good name of RAK in ceramic tiles. Now dismantling old basins and refixing also have to be done because of poor quality of your products.
