Rak Ceramics India — Multiple cracks on toilet Closets

Bought two (2 Nos) RAK COMPACT TOILET CLOSETs from your dealer in Changanacherry, Kerala M/s. KOHINOOR some 6 years back. On one of them cracks appered in different places of the closet. On the other one, cracks appeared on the closet flush tank. Photos of both are attached herewith.

It shows the poor quality of materials used in the manufacture of the product. Hence, I would request you to pls take remedial measures to replace the damaged product with new one free of cost. Awaiting your early favourable action. Thanking you.
