Rak Ceramics India — Poor quality material used in all RAK Products I purchased

I bought four RAK compact Toilet closets [ RAK EWC EX WMTG compact white(2), RAK Cistern compact white(2) ] and four wash basins [ RAK S/C PPS/CL, Universal (4)] from Tara Sanitary wares, Goodwill Towers, Pattom, your dealer in Trivandrum, Kerala some 5 years back. But in all the products cracks appeared. If it is necessary, I will upload the photos and videos. (Send your technicians)

It shows the poor quality of the materials used in the manufacture of the products in that batch. Hence I would request you to take remedial measure to replace the damaged products.

I informed this in Tara, but they have not responded.
