I am writing to inform you that my customer complaint has still not been answered/solved. We bought 4 toilets and flushtanks, and since i have bought them from madonna in kottayam with a 10year guarantee and after installing each one, they have cracked and have continuously been leaking. Our water tank is constantly dry because the leaking is resulting in our bathroom floors being completely wet. We have complained too many times, but we have not received any help from rak. We also sent emails and letters regarding the issue to one of your representatives and manager in india (Sonia haris). They had promised me the issue would resolve back in december 2019 but still, we have not received anything. We will abroad and so we can only come to india once a year, although my mum is there. We regret saying this but, rak is a reputed company that has not provided us with the adequate customer service and replacement that we require. Please reply and contact us so that you can do the required.
