Rak Ceramics India — Rak one year old WC -crack

Address:Varkala, trivandrum, kerala

I had purchased rak wc from benoy marbles trivandrum shop dated on 12.07.2019.
Few weeks, we have noticed some cracks inside wc.
We informed the shop and got one customer care number. Last two weeks regularly contacting them and still waiting for technician as they instructed.
Please do the needful.
