I am Neeladri Reddy from Vijaya block ft 107 Utkarsha Abodes Bakkannapalem village Madhurawada bit 1 Visakhapatnam Andhra Pradesh. My flat toilet commodes flushes have not been working for the last three months. I made several complaints in this regard. But there's no response from RAK ceramics. One person from customer care service told me that we should come. But he didn't come. I called him for several times. But he didn't lift my phone call. This type of negligence towards customers is highly objectionable. They avoid to respond the customers complaints. We have been facing the problem for the last three months. Please take necessary action and resolve this issue.
