I bought 5 water closet from your dealers in kottayam kerala for rs 6800. Two from madonna marbles and granites and three from cochin sanitary wares, pala road kottayam. Out of these two water closets and two tanks have developed cracks.in our two other baths rooms we have being using water closets for the past ten year and all of them is doing very well i got a complaint registered at madonna marbles on 26/01/2018. The person who registered my complaint told me that your company will look into the matter within one week or maximum two weeks. I bought RAK cistern (concealed) from local distributor at Siliguri 734001, Dist Darjeeling, West Bangal. Its leakig since long time. There is no service centre working at Siliguri. Please appoint some one to visit the premses and repair or replace it. Its under warranty period.
