Rak Ceramics — Wash basins cracked

I purchased 4 numbers of wash basins for my new house (One for dinning hall & other three for bath rooms) from grand tiles, velimukku, malappuram in 2013. The all the four are cracked. When i complaint the same in grand tiles they register a complaint to the company on june 2015, one mr. Sajeev, the executive came to my home and he took photos of the wash basins. He told that we replace the same. Till now i have didn't receive any call from your end. When i contacted him, he give a customer care number (Ie.[protected]). The customer care person told me that, they arranged the same through grand tile, velimukku. But the persons cheated me. Now they didn't attend my phone calls.

I never expect these types of response from a company like rak. We purchase your product after review your company's reputation. I think your company cheated me.
