I placed an order (Rb[protected] for rakhi to be delivered to switzerland on 25th july 2017. They told tentative date as 02 august and till 7th it was not delivered. I am continuously calling their customer service to get a response "all our executives are busy" for last 2 days. I think i have been made fool and lost all my money. Since rakhi is over and the gift is still not received by my brother, so i expect my money to be reimbursed. If this rakhi bazaar is a real online shopping portal, to maintain their reputation, they should refund my money. Was this information helpful? |
