I placed an order 1 week earlier to rakhi festival. They asked for delivery date and put 2 days earlier than rakhi to just make sure my other side will have enough time to receive the gift and love... but these fraud people took my hard earned money and just issued a ticket to find out out the problem after few days of rakhi a lady emailed me that there was no payment from my side ... that made me more frustrated. I sent her screenshots of my payment from PayPal ...just want add PayPal always make payment right way... they spoiled my festival and didn’t email said sorry for all this trouble and still didn’t get any reply yet ...

I am really disappointed... horrible site to shop from.

I ordered Rakhi on express delivery on same day. But, its not delivered nor any update on delivery status. Tried to call customer service multiple times but no one respond. Sent many emails but no response.

I order rakhi for same day delivery but its n9t delivered when calling customer care no one is answering the call. Called them multiple times. Order number :rb[protected] when checkin on line it says delivered when not delivered no response e on call when it's not delivered in day as promised i would like to take refund.

I ordered rakhi thru rakhibazaar.com. But it’s not delivered yet. We tried to reach hundred times but no one is picking up call.. We are sitting here in us with sleepless night to reach someone over phone. Tried to contact them thru support email. This site is scam.

I ordered 2 quantity of rakhi and lumba but my brother has only received 1 rakhi and 1 lumba. I have emailed their customer service but haven’t heard anything back.

I have placed rakhi order from rakhi bazaar (https://www.rakhibazaar.com/) on 14th july'20.

They have supplied wrong & cheap rakhi on 17th july'20 against order no. Rb[protected], i have paid rs.749 for 5 set of rakhi & they have sent worth of rs.100. Same with set of gorgeous rakhis.

Any online company cannot dispatched any other products without customer consent.

Requested them to deliver original rakhi or refund my money but they are not accepting my call or replying of my email which show unprofessional behavior.

Strongly not recommended to place order such unethical company & take necessary action against such company.

I had placed above two orders:-
(1) order no.[protected] on 07.08.2019 which contained 2 items -500 gms doda barfi with rakhi and one ethnic rakhi which was to be delivered to bangalore (Pincode no. 560113).
On 08.08.2019, i received mail that my order no.[protected] has been shipped with tracking no. [protected] by blue dart. When i tracked the item, i found that the item was picked up from sender in mayur vihar on 08.08.2019 at 15.21 hrs and delivered to someone in mayur vihar itself on 09.08.2019 at 9.59 hrs.

(2) order no.[protected] on 08.08.2019 which contained 2 items - 500 gms soan papdi with rakhi and one ethnic rakhi. This too was to be delivered to bangalore (Pin code 560113).
On 09.08.2019 again i received a mail about the shipment of my other order no.[protected] by blue dart with tracking no. [protected]. On tracking, i found that this item was also picked up from sender in mayur vihar on 09.08.2019 at 17.13 hrs and delivered to someone in mayur vihar itself on 10.08.2019 at 9.31 hrs.

I was astonished to find that both my shipments which were to be delivered to bangalore, did not reach bangalore, instead it was delivered to delhi itself.

When i called blue dart, they confirmed that they do not supply to the above pincode. Whereas while placing the orders, rakhibazaar.com had confirmed that the delivery is available at the above pincode and so the order was placed.

Inspite of receiving both my orders back by the sender, they didn;t have the courtesy to inform me. Its only when i called blue dart that i came to know that the shipment was not delivered.

Its been 3-4 days and if i had known, i would have tried to send rakhi through some other sources. They are in fact playing with peoples' sentiments. I have been trying to call them since the last 2 days and my call is not being answered.

I want my refund of both the orders as soon as possible and an explanation as to why i wasn't informed that the orders have been returned back and not shipped.

I have ordered rakhi for my brother in belgium with order number [rb[protected]#314806].in the tracking system, it says delivered but it is not delivered yet. Rakshabandhan is on 15th aug and i ordered it 20 days before to get it delivered on time. Shame on you rakhi bazar who play with the sentiments. I have called 4 times, every time some random girl take the call, sympathize with me and say i will get this resolved soon madam and then nobody gives a damm.

Nobody cares to inform, nobody tries to resolve. Please shut this portal if you can 't do what you promise. I would please request you to get this delivered so that my brother gets the rakhi. And if you are unable to do so at least have some process fix and notify me.

I ordered an rakhi to be delivered to singapore on the behalf of my wife from sydney. These guys first chase up for payment when they find an undecided customer and then for about a week no communication or updates. When the rakshi was not delivered till evening on 25/08/2018 - i called up their service desk number which is not answered. Then traced up the courier company tccs who confirm that the parcel is at singapore immigration for the last 2 days and did not bother to either followup or send an update. Now it cannot be delivered before next week after the actual "rakhashabandhan" occasion.

These guys do not value the importance of the occasion and call themselves "rakhibazzar.com"

Never use their services. Tried calling them again today on a weekday - not answered.

Rakhi Bazaar is a group of thugs and cheats. I ordered Rakhi on 1st Aug 2017 to deliver @ Singapore on 6th Aug. Today is 10th Aug 2017(Raksha bandhan was on 7th Aug), Rakhi is not delivered yet. I tried to call on the number provided on the web site, for last 4 days, I get the message " All executives are busy" I send an e mail "[protected]@rakhibazaar.com", I got a token nmber and no reply for last 4 days. All consumers should be ware and stay...

I placed an order (Rb[protected] for rakhi to be delivered to switzerland on 25th july 2017. They told tentative date as 02 august and till 7th it was not delivered. I am continuously calling their customer service to get a response "all our executives are busy" for last 2 days. I think i have been made fool and lost all my money. Since rakhi is over and the gift is still not received by my brother, so i expect my money to be reimbursed. If this rakhi bazaar is a real online shopping portal, to maintain their reputation, they should refund my money.

I ordered rakhi gift on 14th aug from mumbai. My rakhi gift is suppose to delivered in 17th aug to nagpur. Still its not delivered. From last 3 days, i am calling no one is receiving call too. I sent mail too but they are not responding... Highly recommended not to use this site... Even i am not sure about my money recovery..

Order has not been delivered, in fact it has returned back. But still they claim it has been delivered. They are not reachable over phone. Do not know how to get refund or get order deliver.

This company promissed to deliver my order on 16th augest.

This company is not responding on it's customer service contact no and email id.

This is a fraudulent website. I paid so much money for a bunch of rakhis, just so they reach my brothers on time. However, one of my orders didn't even get delivered. The ones that did get delivered were either incomplete or in dismal state. The rakhis look NOTHING like what is shown on the website, or even remotely close to what they are charging for. The packages (chocolate boxes + two rakhis or rasgulla box with three rakhis) are not delivered as packages. The delivery guy has to fish each item out of his bag and hand out random boxes and loose rakhi threads, irrespective of what design you have chosen and paid for.

If there is an option for cancelling the orders, it must be hidden somewhere deep into the website, coz I couldn't find it. The 'helpline' number rang out completely every time I tried calling it, although I got charged for every try. I would much rather spend an extra 100 bucks and order from FnP next time.

I had paid for an online delivery of a Rakhi plus gift to kolkatta and paid online. The same has not been delivered yet nor do they respond to the call. Their number is either switched off or busy. What is the way out to recover my money and damages for the cheating ??

Hi I ordered 2 Rakhis from RakhiBazaar.com on 18 Aug, 2015 to reach my native Kanykumari, and since then I am tracking the order. But until now it has not been delivered even after charging me heavily. I contacted RakhiBazaar.com, but they don't even respond. I somehow found the Tracking details, and contacted the First Flight Courier guys but they are very worst in their behaviour. The person attends and then without talking disconnects the call. I ordered a Rakhi to my cousins Son, which is to be delivered on 29th August, but they have not received the order, It is very sad that there is no information of order delivey. Very sad, what is the use of delivering the Rakhi on Sunday or later, they promised me that they will deliver it on Saturday, but no use. When can I expect the delivery?

Rakhi Bazar is a fake website.It took order online and I made payment and then Item is not delivered. Nobody responds to customer care number. Order status always shows Inprogress. Please take firm action on this. they are looting money.

Absolutely, this is a fraud website. They are making money through this site. The contact number is not responding and the placed orders are not delivered besides the status shows "In process" since the time of booking the order. Every order in this site are above 1000 rupee's.I was still waiting for the order to be delivered....
