Rakhi Verma Label — fraud

I am from usa-ny. I have ordered a lot of stuff online from different boutiques and i was able to trust all of them. Some were well known and some were not well known but they still provided me with great service until i came across rakhiverma_label on instagram. She is well known and have over 30000 followers. I spoke with her and gave her an order for my wedding dress. I payed her right away and she finalized my order and said it will be ready in a month and will be delivered on the given address in india. After a well i asked about the progress and she said its going well. I asked her send me pics and she didn’t send any. She kept giving me excuses. It was time for her to deliver my dress to my uncle who was in india and was going to come to usa in few days. I called her again and again but no answer. She finally picked up and said she will deliver it soon. She kept on giving me excuses for weeks and my uncle was already back in usa. I called and argued and said its not just a dress its my wedding dress and plz send it to me. Again she stopped responding to me. After 100s of calls she answered back that something went wrong and she can send it to usa for me. I gave her my address and she said i will receive the dress in 6-7 days. I waited 10 days and called back. She gave me no response and said something went wrong. I told her that i will file a complaint against her because my wedding is gone and i need my money back. She did not message me back or picked up any of my calls. I need help getting my money back from her. Now i see a lot of people having the same problem as me with her. People are blindly teusting her but shes a fraud and just taking everyones money and not doing anything for them.
