I am an overseas client and she promised me an outfit. I sent her half the amount and told her the other half will be sent when she sends me a completed picture. Which she agreed too. It’s been over a year now and I have yet to receive anything. As soon as my money was delivered she began to delay her responses until she completely stopped one day. She is a big fraud and completely unprofessional

Rakhi Verma is a fraud. I am going through all these complaints now. She has very good Insta profile with so many followers. I don’t know how she manages to do it all. She kept promising for the outfit sent. She again charged shipping and asked that tracking number will be provided. And I paid that but after that no call picking and no response. I am from Sydney.
Please take strong action against her as she is causing damage to Indian business reputation. People from overseas wouldn’t trust Indian designers. Also causing so much stress and disappointment. I wonder why Hyderabad police is not able to get hold of her. Very disappointing.

Am from hongkong and ordered a lehenga to rakhi verma label. They asked me to pay full amount and i paid at once. I also kept asking her about my outfit and she kept saying next friday 13th dec and then she said next 20th dec i will send and today she said next friday 27th and yelled at me and hanged up the phone., earlier she wud not pik the phone but wen it was time to pay and take orders they wud accept all calls and later she stopped taking my calls. I had to ask my mom to call from india number and then she picked her calls and kept delaying. The wedding is over and now i won’t b needing the lehenga so i asked her for my money and she refused to give my money back. Both the husband and her are fraud. The brother is also working wit her. She talks big abt herself but in real she is fraud so pls be aware and don’t order her.
