Raksha Tpa — company denied to forward a claim

My health insurance policy is with raksha tpa and i have requested for. Claim to raksha tpa lucknow bcoz i. Was admitted to the smart care hospital kanpur unnder the observation. Of sir kalim ahmed. Khan so i have forwarded the claim. Documents. To the lucknow branch and they have provided with the claim no - [protected], [protected]
Now they are saying that the mental illness is not covered under the policy but according to irdai from 10 august 2018 every insurance company has to cover the mental illness. But they are refusing to follow it please help me to get my claim processed.
