[Resolved]  Rama Indane — Non Corporation and Mis behaviour

I had logged in a complaint on 13-Dec-14 for gas leakage from my newly fit gas cylinder. I had used the gas for maximum 15 min after which I observed that it's leaking. I turned off the gas and logged in a complaint on the number where I book the gas (automated number). It says leakage is a emergency complaint and you will be visited by the mechanic soon. By Monday morning my gas cylinder was empty (gas leakage). Finally Monday ended and there was no one to show up. In the mean time I logged in a complaint again on Monday (15-Dec-14) afternoon. So by Monday end there were 2 complaints raised. Finally on Monday late evening I called on online available Indian oil no. and they gave me some leakage assistance toll free # ([protected]). They where just clue less how to handle my complaint. They said empty cylinder we cant do anything. They gave me number of some Mr. Anuj Sharma ([protected]). I haven't seen any person of such a rude nature. He has no manners to talk. The resolution he gave me call your distributor I'm on way cant help. My distributor Rama Indane the guy sitting on phone was . He had no sense to talk. He talked some stupid thing and banged the phone. Finally I called on 1 ESC # ([protected]) that I found on my old gas slip. The lady there on phone said we cant help call distributor and even without listing to what I want to say banged the phone. I just want to know how is leakage complaints handled and how does gas companies make sure its handled with care. Regards Megna Faridabad
