Dear sir, at about 8.30 pm i filled petrol in my car for rs 240 from rama service station petrol pump located at anand vihar opposite isbt delhi, the worker without feeding the amount, filler fuel. I was shocked to observe that the fuel meyer has not came to the level. I know the level when feel rs 240 of petrol.
When i told them regarding their cheating, they always ready to fight and told me that i will always give petrol like as i given. You can't do anything of me. And their manager is also supporting them to cheat the consumers by giving less petrol and when i ask for complent book manager told me thre is no complent book and dont teach me how to run petrol pump.
I was shocked to observe that the fuel meyer has not came to the level. My car is new & i know the level liter of petrol. I gave reason to belief that the boy cheated me by filling at least 6 letters. Kindly initiate action & compensate
I have doubt regarding measurement in the pump or adulteration in petrol for which running is less km. I request to conduct a surprise checking in the petrol pump and establish the above facts
I have noticed this the moment the fuel is filled as it didn't even cross my half of my fuel tank. I was not sure whether there is a issue on the fuel tank so i have waited an refilled with another pump and realised i was cheated. I just thought if this how they cheat what is the amount they steal in a day
