Rama Service Station — Cheating at the fullest
This is in regard of fuel (Diesel) that I got filled up on Saturday i.e. 12th March '2016 from Rama Service Station (Road No - 56, Industrial Area, Anand Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi - 110092, India) I will keep it short & simple as to what happened with me. I went there in my Chevrolet Beat (Diesel) for full tank & the full tank was done in 37.280 liters (remember: its an auto cut). So, the concern is as per the manuals of the car the maximum capasity of the fuel tank is 35 liters. Not the least I had a word with the Authorised Chevrolet service center engineer & 24 hr customer helpline as well & they assured me that in no chance car can intake more than 35 liters of fuel. So how come the station filled in to 37.280 liters. When I confirmed the same from the sales executive, what he replied was even more interesting. His reply was 'sir 2-3 liters can be ignored'. So anyone from the IOC or from the Rama Service Station let me know how his can be possible. This is really a cheating that these people are doing. I have hear lot of cases regarding this Rama Service Station but now I experienced it of my own as well. Kindly be advised from the authorities & let me know how this cheating & fraud can be handled ? Regards, Prateek Kashyap [protected] Was this information helpful?
