It may be noted that Rs. 598.00 is debited on 15.11.2021 at 14.33 Hrs. from account from my Saving Bank account vide POS TID[protected]/E, reference[protected]Bank of Baroda) for Plan Value-598.00, 1.5GB/day Data, Truly Unlimited Calls- 84 days Validity, 100/day SMS against the Order ID[protected] to recharge Pre-Paid cell no. [protected]. The information for the same was given to them on airtel dotcomplaints airtel.[protected]@airtel.com. The relevant document like Mini Statement of Bank & Screenshot of deducted amount has also given to them. In spite of the above Service Provider (M/s Bharti Airtel Limited) informed me through e- mail that they had not received any payment of the recharge with the given transaction id. Vide DOTEL/E/2021/41006 Dt. 17.11.2021, the above Grievance has been disposed off without resolving the matter and satisfactory reply. However, the Mini-Statement of the Bank clearly showing the deducted amount to the Bharti Airtel Limited (Copy attached) and they denting for non receipt of the amount.
