Ramph Global Pvt Ltd — Not delivered the goods

Sir, I placed the order on 26th October, 2015 through online mode and made the payment. Order No. is TOW14379Oct325103 and value Rs. 5558/-. I got the order confirmation but from an anonymous mail ID and the confirmation mail has no other mail ID where we can communicate to the seller nor any contact no. to speak to the persons at their end. They have only given a Helpdesk no.[protected] which no one picks up. I personally tried 30-40 times on various days, but no one is answering. In their website they have given a contact information, none is working. Tried to send the message through their website, that is also not working. Searched in the net to check the company and their Directors information. I found that their address given on the Contact information is as follows: 208, District Center, Janak Puri, New Delhi – 110 058, India. but another customer who were suffering similar to me has posted their new address as it is as follows: Their directors name that I found in net is as follows: 1. Anil Malhotra 2. Rajat Malhotra I also saw many complaints from many people on same issue - not delivering goods after taking the money online. This company is a wrong example and people done one transaction with them will not dare to do other transactions online, hence this company is a national threat and the owners of the company must be taken for task and make them return the money to the victims.
