Undue delay in delivery of promised flats. It has been worthless to buy a flat in Rampratha. Delivery of projects has delayed. Every month we call and they give the possess time after 1-2 months. Now they are not at all committing any time line for the same. It is serious concern for the consumer. They are not taking it seriously.
