[Resolved]  Ramprastha Builder, Sec 37D, Gurgaon — Undue delay in delivery of promised flats, Cheating and harassment of consumers

Hi, My name is Priyanka, and I want to complain against Ramprastha Builder, Sec 37D, Gurgaon. It has been worthless to buy a flat in Rampratha. People had their dreams attached with the projects, and so had I. Delivery of projects has delayed by more than a year since aug 2012 in gurgaon. The penalties that the builder was supposed to pay are miniscule, and yet not paid out. No service phones or mails are answered. No commitment is shown towards when the project will be completed. Various efforts have been made by us, including protests, and repeated meetings with the builder but all in vain.
