Respected Officer in charge, On the prescription given by the Doctor, I bought two numbers of CERITON 10, 000 units fromMEDICINE HOUSE, Ramanathapuram 641045, (COIMBATORE0 The cost price noted in the injection cover is Rs.2, 900. But they were given for Rs.1500 each. When I demanded the bill he refused to give. Suspecting the quality of the injection, I bought one injection from Thulasi Pharmacy. He has charged Rs.2, 900 minus 10% rebate. and got a bill.As such there is a difference of Rs.1400 per injection. I am a retired civil servant eligible to reimburse . Hence it is requested either the Medicine House Coimbatore may brequested to issue a bill for the purchase of two number of injections or instruct the Thulasi Pharmacy to refund the excess amount collected as otherwise I have to seek remedy thro proper channel.
