My Name Is Ramu Khode Working With Randstad india ltd from past five and half years yet my details are not updated in epf member portal, i tried contacting to my local randstad office but they never respond properly and finally they told me to contact to chennai office directly, when i call to chennai office contact number no one picks the calls and after trying alot of times eventually when it gets connected wrong information is given or they say call back after some time. Randstad has to look into this matter very seriously cause you are earning from us ultimately you have to solve our issues on priority.

My name is sachin kinkar, I was working with Randstad India ltd. I had requested my pf settlement in year 2017. Till now I am awaiting for settlement and not getting any positive response from the company side.
I tried to call toll free and PF department in Chennai office but most of the time couldn't contact them. Usually no one picks. It is really frustrating .They are highly unprofessional, Once submitted claims in other employee name and once submitted with wrong information and repeated same process trice.

My name is gajendra kumar balmiki i was working with randstad india ltd. Form 1 nov 2014 and resigned from the job at 4 august 2017 due to personnel issues. I have claimed my pf settlement in october 2017. Till now i am not getting any positive response and acknowledgement form the company side.
Last one month i am trying to contact with pf team in chennai office. But unable to contact with them. Nobody is picking up the call on their office.
I am trying to claim my pf on online portal but my job leaving date is not updated on my uan portal.
I am really very frustrated. Requested you to please updated my detail on my uan portal and do the needful for my pf settlement.
