I want to withdraw my provident fund but not able to apply on.
Online portal because my exit date is not update. I request you to update it on suggest me solutions.

I spoke with randstad office pune but they said they dont have details regarding this. They are not supporting for this.

I sent mail to ask. Pf & also looped mr. Jameel but still im not getting any reply from randstad.

Please give me a suggestion how to get update.

My name is Ajay, I was working with Randstad India ltd. I joined on Nov 09 and resigned from the job on Jun13 . I had requested my pf settlement in year 2015. Till now I am awaiting for settlement and not getting any positive response from the company side.
I tried to call toll free and PF department in Chennai office but most of the time couldn't contact them. Usually no one picks. It is really frustrating .They are highly unprofessional, Once submitted claims in other employee name and once submitted with wrong information and repeated same process trice.

I am really very frustrated. Requested you to please updated my detail on my uan portal and do the needful for my pf settlement.

I submitted my pf document as well as supported document from your delhi office for pf in september 2017. All document verified by your representative.
But till date i am not received even any update from your side.
On other hand other company provide pf with in 3 to 4 week tp his ex employee.

I worked in this company, i left the company the 1 year back and i have applied for pf claim 4 months back, but they have not submitted my pf application form to pf office and they only rejected my application and they sent me back, the reason they are saying is name in the pan card is not matching with bank a/c details, but my pan card number and bank account number both are same and i have submitted with pan card copy and bank account cancelled cheque.

But randstad company not responding properly giving some non sence reason and holding my pf claim.

I (Yuvaraj) served minvesta infotech ltd. A randstad company for more than 6 years, (And my emp. Id 307900).

And now its almost 9 months i quit this company and want to transfer / withdraw money from pf account.

But not able withdraw nor able transfer my pf amount to new pf account through online as is showing error message "your uan/pf account number is not match with your previous employer"

So, please can anyone help me regards this...

I have tried reaching the corporate office but the pf department never picks up the call and there is no other alternate provided to get in contact.

I was working on the payroll of randstad india pvt. Ltd. (Formerly mafoi randstad) frm aug 2009 to sept 2012. I had filled up the needed forms for pf withdrawal in the year 2014 but my claim was never processed and i never got any response about it. I again initiated an online transfer last year on 31st of may. I sent a copy of the claim form to randstad's chennai office address. I have been following up on the same through emails but have not received any reply from them.

​on 8th november 2017, i had re-submitted (After attaching ucd letter) to randstand, chennai my composite claim form (Form no.19) duly filled in and complete in all respects, along with all necessary documents by speed post. Randstand chennai confirmed receipt of these documents vide their email dated 25 november 2017
Now the concern is that it's more than two months that neither i have received the proceeds of final withdrawal of pf nor heard anything from randstad chennai despite a number of email reminders sent to them, the last being dated 12 january 2018. I have also been trying to contact the team pf over telephone for the last 15-20 days continuously but they would never pick up their extension numbers and when routed through the operator the same thing happens. For this matter i have been wasting my lot of precious time in trying to contact them to know their response but all in vain. I am a senior citizen and is in great pain for their inaction in the matter. Its very unfortunate. I request to expedite the matter and at least show the courtesy to apprise me of the latest status.
